Teams: Bring Your Crew!
As runners ourselves, we are strong believers that running is better with friends, and lots of them. We want you to bring your whole crew to ‘Gansett!
Have lots of running buddies!? Part of a great local running team or club? Awesome! Spread the word that if 15 or more people register under the same team name your team automatically gets VIP status! What does that mean!?
How it works:
This is FREE, and is therefore first-come, first-serve. Only a select amount of VIP tents are available each year, and your running crew must have 15 members signed up under the same team name to reserve a spot. If you think you have 15 already signed up feel free to email us at info@gansettrun.com and we can lock things in for your group! The easiest way to rally your group is with social media, so we’ve included a Facebook Link to this page below to share it with your crew and get thing started. See you at ‘Gansett! Please keep in mind VIP Team spots close ONE MONTH BEFORE RACE DAY. Therefore, teams must be greater than 15 athletes by 6/14/2024.
VIP Teams Get:
- Your very own tent reserved at the finish line, with a team banner to find each other in the beer garden. We’ll set it up for you and have it ready for your on race weekend. We even provide the tent and banner!
- Your very own waiter/waitress! No need to wait in the beer line! We’ll get it for you!
